Whilst Japan gets an official PS3 Slim bundle (with the new Gundam game no less!) it's been left to UK retailers to dream up their own bundles to coinside with the Slim launch today.
I've had a quick scout round and here are some of the best so far:

Includes PS3 Slim and one of Fight Night 4, Tiger Woods 2010, CoD4, LittleBigPlanet, Call of Juarez, FIFA09, Batman: AA. £249.99 (not sure about delivery on that one folks, but I don't like GAME very much anyway!)
Amazon + Play.com bring shame on their respective families.

i'd go for Shop.to 2 if i was a new ps3 owner, two excellent games there and hours of fun.
a friend has just got a new ps3 this weekend but opted to go for the PS3 PHAT instead, he got Dead Space and Killzone2 with it.
i'm tempted by a Slim, maybe if i can pick one up in the sales in a few months time, but for now i love my phatty.
Some good deals indeed. I walked past Game and saw their "deal" on the slim. Trade in your 80GB Phat and get a slim for half price! What, you mean my Phat PS3 is only worth 125 quid! It's gotta be worth more than that, surely!!?!?
ReplyDeleteI reckon Sony should chuck in the HDMI (in the slim box!). They cost pence to make and sell for a few quid (unless you buy the official one which costs a lot more for reasons unknown!)
