ReplyDeleteNot a good start. Not language I'd want to read on a blog and if this is trying to take over from the semi-official ThreeSpeech, I'd only contribute if the language was a bit more discrete.
the point of U3S is that we can write, without censorship, what we please. if i felt that phrase best expressed my feelings on the current situation with that game, then i shall use it.

from what i remember you were on my case at the Semi-Offical site too when i wouldn't bend down and lick Sony's balls every time they made an announcement.
Haha I remember this guy from the original Three Speech. He would whinge and whine about just about everything Sony did. Then one day he admitted that he doesn't actually own a PS3. Well Zed Zee, you're free to contribute here, but if you choose not to then nobody here is going to lose any sleep over it.

ReplyDeleteYour memory does not serve you very well. I may have had disagreements on some of your comments, however, I don't recall being 'on your case'.
I'm no lover of Sony, I'm sure others will vouch for that (see reakt's comment below, despite it being somewhat misguided and no where near the topic of discussion).
I take your comments on board and appreciate what you are saying. I just PERSONALLY (ie. my opinion) don't see the point of using profanity in such a setting.
However, I will give this blog the benefit of the doubt and see how things go.
It is very true that I do not own a PS3, but I have followed the industry since I owning an Atari VCS 2600, on and off, and have been an average player of games since.
My criticism of Sony, although debatable to others, is in my opinion justified, because I don't think that they've really done a good job since the PS3's release (they are where they are - in third place - because of this) and every major decision since has been a shot in the foot in some fashion or another; again, my opinion.
Not that I always thought like this; previously, my opinion was that Sony was the saviour of the industry and couldn't out a foot wrong.
Recently, I've had to revise that opinion, as should anybody else who's not happy with something, rather than just following blindly.
