ahh fp, it wouldn't be the first time i've had legal action treatened for one of my sites.. the way around a C+D is they have to specifify the exact content that needs to be removed, so they do that, i remove the post as ordered, then repost it up again with a different date/time, you can keep them running around for weeks like that before they get bored :)
