  1. I can see future events coming a mile off... some fool will actually try to rob a bank with one of these, and the media will blame gaming.

  2. The (rumoured) reason the "GunCon 3" was in orange was so that if it was used in a robbery it would be obvious it was not a real weapon.

The fact it looks like a toy, and the PlayStation Move attachment (above) looks like a ray-gun from a 1960s B-Movie is obviously missed when some scrote is demanding money from a victim across a shop counter.

  5. @mobiletone - Joe Danger rules! Pablo sent me one of his levels and I'm cooking up a challenge to share as well. Have you had a go at the level creation yet? It's not quite little big planet in terms of versatility but I managed to construct a pretty huge jump!

  6. :) Sorry, 'tone. It did take me a day or so to work out the "trick" (no pun intended), but it is one of those "just one more go" kind of games. I haven't been back to "Split/Second: Velocity" for over a week now because I'm having so much fun with "Joe Danger".

PS. You won't want to see my best score to date then...

  7. @fp - i call shenanigans :\ there was one track i checked the scores on and the leader had over a billion!!

@reakt - i was happily surprised at just how good it is, downloaded it and thought i'd have a quick go, still playing it 4hrs later. had a go at the editor and made one track as a test, pretty easy to use. i'll send you one at some point.
