  1. Ah yes it's 23rd March again. I was expecting something from Sony to mark the occasion. There's a twitter post and that's all!

  3. I think they have a happy birthday post on the US blog at the end of the year to celebrate the US launch. But you're right, the UK generally ignores the idea.

  4. Perhaps they are still partying like it's 1999... and the actual date of the anniversary has moved to today?

  5. PS. 'tone... what is more embarrassing?

Taking a photograph of a newly acquired bit of kit still in the box or having a Trading Card Game in the top right of said image that you have not released to the world to snigger at ;)

Happy anniversary to the European PS3 in any respect.

Hands-up all those who still have a working release day 60Gb model...

(me first... although to even think about raising my hand may jinx my gaming later today)

    BFN,

  6. By top right I obviously meant top left.

    First rule of comedy:

Be wise... not a wise ass... as "epic fail" is only a typographical error away from ultimate crash'n'burn.

Talking of "Gran Turismo 5"... I wonder if you when looking at the box art from different angles you can project a 3D release day anywhere from 2007 to 2011.

  7. "I wonder if you when looking..."

Oh dear. Let the hilarity ensue.

The World Wide Wait needs a global "edit" feature.

  8. *puts up hand*

and considering the cats use it as a sleeping spot it's done pretty well. the only mishap in it's life was i hoovered the PS logo off the front (it had broken earlier and was pva glued in place) i have replaced it with the one off my broken PS2.

  9. since the photo was taken Dante and Randals Emporium has been taken over by Cockbuster and lost all it's 'unique' charm.. i miss browsing for games/films while listening to aging metal.

    stupid corporate franchises.
