It's not genre-defining or anything like that - but good fun. Not touched the single player yet but there is so much stuff to unlock in the multiplayer that it definitely has that 'one more go' factor.

  4. I often feel a bit guilty when playing games like cod or uncharted, I get stuck into them so much that I feel I'm ignoring my friends and family way too much. As a result I havnt really played uncharted multiplayer at all, only managed level 10.

Although this is something I'm going to improve on with COD, espesh if you guys wana clan it up again?

Also, another reminder, do need some article ideas form u guys if u want in for the mag.

  5. The only time I get to play games at the moment seems to be late at night when the family (wife and son) are in bed! Last night I was up til 2am but finally completed Uncharted 2 on hard! Started playing through on crushing difficulty as well (I'm renaming it unfathomable - it's ridiculously difficult! Just pop your head up from cover for 1 second and you're dead!)

I have COD MW2 but haven't played it yet. Think I will keep my copy after all, maybe just for the multiplayer element then as it looks great.

E-ROLE - will defo write you an article for the online mag. Will have a think about what to write and get back to you ASAP.

  6. @reakt I finally completed Uncharted 2 on Crushing at the weekend. Still need to get one treasure too, even though I now have the 100 treasures trophy. Will hopefully get the platinum this week.

Naturally, this wouldn't have happened if my Borderlands disk hadn't mysteriously stopped working. :(

  7. @MuggleMind - I'm already 35% through Crushing difficulty now so maybe it's not so hard. Just don't ask me how I'm gonna beat that big mutha at the end (it took me an hour on hard mode!)

Collecting all 100 trophies is the most tedious part as no doubt I'll have to resort to looking at guides on Gamefaqs.com then playing through various levels in order to start hunting around. Still I have my eye on that Platinum bad-boy though!

think I have every trophy except the co-op online one and plat. I developed a pretty sneaky tactic for the last boss - just keep running to the bottom of the stairs you start at, turn right and climb back up - he'll keep following you and you can simply shoot the sap as it re-grows.

Planning on running through crushing with infinite ammo, one hit kills and the hammer at some point.

  9. I have all 101 out of 100 treasures. You actually don't need to get all 101 treasures, as you get the trophy for 100 of them. So if you are finding that last treasure to be a pain, it's not the end of the world. Some of the treasure locations are really evil though!

Just need two trophies to get platinum now. One online, and that annoying 10 in a row steel fist one. Trying to work out which area would be the best for it. I either kill one by headshot halfway through, or make some other mistake.

Got mine on the dig(?) chapter 6 I think. Set it to very easy and use the micro-uzi thing. I found that when using the pistols you run the chance to killing them outright if you get too close.

The slo-mo takedowns seem to count too, so don't worry about one of those messing up your run.
